BRIDGES is a European initiative that strengthens collaboration between schools, libraries, cultural centres, and families to support children aged 5–12, including those with Special Educational Needs.
The project develops innovative training, practical tools, and a shared online platform that help educators and cultural operators work together to create more inclusive learning environments.
