The BRIDGES Learning Hub brings together the project’s training resources, practical tools, and examples of inclusive learning developed in collaboration with schools, libraries, cultural centres, and families.
It is designed as an accessible space where professionals and communities can explore approaches that support every child’s participation and learning.
